Each workout session is 55-minutes and includes a warm-up, concentration moments, and a cool down.
During the session we utilize things that you love & that inspire you to work through and work out what you need to work through and work out. We will talk it out, write it out, walk it out, cook it out, sketch it out, drive it out, sit it out, or identify what will support you best with working it out in a way that feels good to you.
Our workouts are offered in packages of 3 and can be experienced privately or in a group.
